Ivorian designer Loza Maléombho aims to deliver empowering pieces made to last. This Infinity Jacket is cut from burlap—she prioritizes using natural, locally sourced fibers—and features a fitted silhouette, structured short sleeves, and dramatic peplum panels to create an hourglass shape. The cutout bodice is fastened with gold-plated bronze details inspired by traditional West African masks. We love the matching Step Skirt, but it will look just as good with denim.

Established in New York City in 2009, Loza Maléombho’s self-titled brand soon made its way to the Côte d’Ivoire, a country in which the designer spent much of her childhood. Her pieces are crafted by local Ivorian artisans and feature bold decorative details—an ode to the synergies between Ivorian tribal aesthetics and New York City’s urban style.
